Teething

Most babies start teething at 6 to 7 months. A few early birds begin at 3 to 4 months. While the teething process does not trouble the majority of babies, some get irritable, eat poorly and have trouble sleeping when teeth begin to arrive.

Most babies respond well to teething toys.  If your baby seems extremely uncomfortable you may offer Acetaminophen (Tylenol) sparingly.
